About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our existing Trading Operations team in London or Jersey City. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth cash management and treasury management, while supporting our mission of delivering world class service and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Payment Execution: Utilise a suite of financial tools—including Treasury Management Systems (TMS), wallet management systems, and internal platforms—to accurately execute high-value payments for treasury rebalancing, client settlements, and other critical operational needs
- Reconciliation & Investigation: Perform meticulous daily and monthly reconciliations of accounts, trades, and positions, promptly investigating and resolving any discrepancies to ensure data integrity
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact for operational queries, collaborating effectively with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Trading, Tech) and external banking partners to ensure timely and effective resolution
Required skills and experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial operations, treasury, or a similar role within the financial services industry
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and foreign exchange (FX) products and markets
- Experience in a fast-growing fintech or technology company
- Proven track record of contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
