We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in payments and transaction banking solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in global payment systems and experience supporting modernization initiatives through cloud-native and API-based platforms.

This role involves client engagement, regulatory compliance advisory, and integration with fintech ecosystems and ERP/TMS systems.

• Payments & Transaction Banking Solutions:
  Design, implement, and manage end-to-end transaction banking products including cash management, liquidity, trade finance, and real-time payments
• Drive adoption of ISO 20022, SWIFT gpi, Fed Now, and other local/global payment systems
• Technology & Innovation:
  Support modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native and API-based platforms
• Work with Open Banking APIs to integrate with ERP/TMS systems and fintech ecosystems
• Client Engagement & Delivery:
  Provide advisory on best practices in transaction banking and treasury operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions

• 8–12 years of experience in transaction banking, treasury, or payments
• Strong knowledge of global payment rails including SWIFT, ACH, RTP, and ISO 20022
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders
