Location Jersey City, United States## About This Role Vice President role in Goldman Sachs AWM Controllers focusing on valuation oversight for a portfolio covering $23 billion in market value within the Private Credit Group and Business Development Company Controllers team. Responsibilities include overseeing valuation reporting for private debt and equity positions, managing third-party valuation processes and monthly reconciliations with external Fund Administrators, interacting with Portfolio Management and support functions, preparing materials for Valuation Committee meetings and investor/regulatory reporting, implementing SOX control frameworks, and participating in audit processes.
Requires Finance or Accounting degree (CPA, CFA, or MBA valued), 6-10+ years experience, deep expertise in private equity and private debt valuations. Salary range: $100,000-$250,000 annually.
