As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Consumer Bank Product Portfolio Operations Team, you will be play a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic firm and business initiatives, while fostering communication and collaboration across all product lines, finance, and impacted stakeholders. You will leverage your strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure alignment with business objectives and promote continuous frictionless experiences.

In this role you will help drive the quarterly planning cycles across the Consumer Bank, while you will partner with General Managers/Business Owners to maintain continuous alignment on their priorities. You will work cross‑functionally with Product Owners, Co‑Suppliers, and other PPOs to orchestrate seamless execution and ensure capacity against prioritized book of work items, while escalating when appropriate. You will work both collaboratively and independently to deliver outcomes across a spectrum of stretch assignments, from well‑defined tasks to ambiguous, complex initiatives.
