• Promote and increase usage of CSL Behring products across designated call points.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers including HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors.
• Identify and grow new accounts while supporting existing account expansion.
• Create demand for promoted products using strong clinical knowledge and business acumen.
• Implement territory business plans aligned with corporate direction, achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Execute key marketing and selling programs (e.g., CSL Selling Model PS2).
• Maintain proper call frequency, update scheduling, and represent CSL at local customer meetings.
• Stay current with clinical literature and market opportunities and communicate insights to management.
• Support patient education programs as needed.
• Travel as required, including weekend meetings and events.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum five years in pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience.
• Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large geographic area.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
