Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides Comprehensive Youth and Family Support Services to primary caregivers of children and teens with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, serving the state of New Jersey. We are looking for Part‑time Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team.

• Visit clients at home or in the community to provide relief to caregivers and holistic support to youth.
• Work 2–20 hours weekly in 2–4 hour shifts, typically after 3 pm during the school year and as early as 8:30 am during the summer. Services are available any day of the week to accommodate scheduling needs.
• Work with both Respite Care and Behavioral Assistant cases.
• Implement and develop interventions from the Individual Support Plan, including environmental arrangement, proactive strategies, acquisition of functional skills (including ADL’s – Activities of Daily Living), and reduction of problem behaviors.
• Submit visit notes promptly following each session in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with service authorization timelines.
• Provide crisis intervention, recognition, and intervention as needed.
• Follow and implement agency policies.
• Participate in required trainings.
• Provide services in‑home, in‑community, and at the center (Orange Twp).

• Valid Registered Behavioral Technician Certification.

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in behavioral healthcare.
• 2–4 years experience working with children with disabilities.
• Valid NJ Driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• Consent to and pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) welcomed.
