Medical Billing Associate

Location:

Jersey City, NJ (In-office, 5 days/week)

We are a growing healthcare management company seeking a Medical Billing Associate to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in medical billing and coding within a supportive, fast‑paced healthcare environment.

• Process and submit medical claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Review claims for completeness and correct coding
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance companies
• Post payments and adjustments
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams regarding billing‑related issues

• Some experience in medical billing or coding is preferred
• Motivated candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Ability to work full‑time, in‑office
• Starting salary: $55,000 per year
