Job Summary

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to join our team! As a Case Manager, you will be preparing for each client in an Autism Behavioral Health company. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing schedules, following up with clients, handling intakes and authorizations, managing caseloads of technicians, reviewing timecards and signatures, providing routine support alongside staff and medical personnel, and assisting with documentation and reports to ensure timely submission to insurance companies.

You will also participate in interviewing candidates for future positions and be part of our management team. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, an interest in working in an Applied Behavioral Analysis office environment, and previous office experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare schedules, including pulling charts and notes, and setting up medical systems for improvements.
  • Handle intakes from new clients, send documentation, and set up training and interviews.
  • Answer phones and address questions about technicians working with clients.
  • Coordinate with HR for disciplinary actions imposed on staff.
  • Track authorization results with insurance companies.
  • Manage credentialing of practitioners.
  • Maintain client records in EMR systems.
  • Operate email and messaging systems.
  • Manage documentation for onboarding new clients.
  • Oversee procedural safeguards for technicians and monitor violations.
  • Input new staff into HR systems.
  • Manage technicians’ vacations and PTO.
  • Create a Proficiency System.
  • Qualifications
    • BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • At least 3 years of experience working in a medical office.
    • Experience working with insurance companies.
    • Experience in creating systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
