Job OverviewThe Employee Relations Lead will oversee the firm’s employee relations and human capital management and workforce compliance functions, ensuring a positive workplace culture and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role involves developing policies, managing complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor and immigration laws, and partnering with stakeholders to mitigate risk. The ideal candidate brings deep human resources expertise, strong people related compliance knowledge, and experience within financial services.
We’ll trust you to:
- Design, implement, and maintain employee relations policies and procedures.
- Lead investigations and resolve employee relations issues, including documentation and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws, immigration regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments related to employee relations, immigration, and HR compliance.
- Advise employees and managers on employee relations and immigration matters.
- Draft key documents, including global mobility letters, employee handbooks, and immigration filings.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance and other teams to align human resources compliance strategies.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and employee relations trends.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in employee relations and compliance, ideally in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration policies, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with compliance tools, UKG, Microsoft Office, and HR systems.

Compensation InformationAnnual base salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
Discretionary Bonus:
Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
