Chase as a Senior Technical Recruiter – a Vice President level position on the Cyber & Technology Controls (CTC) Talent Acquisition team.

Job DescriptionThe CTC Talent Acquisition team covers a global range of cybersecurity functions including engineering, architecture, threat intelligence, security operations, risk, regulatory and assurance. In this role you will manage the full‑cycle recruitment of senior and mid‑level technical talent across multiple Lines of Business, serving as a subject‑matter expert and consultative partner to senior stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of requisitions for Executive Director and below level roles.
- Structure and negotiate compensation with hiring managers and candidates to ensure offer closure.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and relationship building.
- Provide market data and strategic insights to support hiring decisions.
- Source qualified candidates via diverse channels and lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, solicit feedback and refine recruiting strategy.
- Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation philosophy.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to maintain data integrity.
- 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment or contingent search firm.
- Significant experience recruiting for cybersecurity or related specialty functions.
- Strong focus on sourcing passive talent and ability to sell opportunities to them.
- Excellent networking, relationship building, and name generation skills.
- Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations.
- Proficiency with direct sourcing tools such as social media and x‑ray searches.
- Effective interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with employees at all levels.
- Innovative, creative, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines.
- Strong prioritization and re‑prioritization skills.
- Experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
