Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Intermediate.

Position type:
Contract to Hire
Duration: 6+ Months

Location:

Jersey City, NJ

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD and security.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, AI, ML, mobile).
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Understanding of how to enhance the platform using configuration and code (Apex & Lightning Components).
• Strong experience with Salesforce and hands‑on experience with Apex programming language, building Salesforce Lightning UI, Salesforce Lightning Connect to call external API, and development of REST API.
• In‑depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• 5+ years hands‑on Salesforce experience.
• Apex.
• LWC.
• Lightning, Aura.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Salesforce with external integrations.
• Finance services cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Hands‑on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, security.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $56/hr (based on education, experience, location, job duties, certifications, etc.)
