Senior SRE​/DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SRE/Dev Ops Engineer to join our team.

This role combines software engineering, infrastructure automation, and reliability practices to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and secure.

You will collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams to deliver solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and deployment efficiency.

• Provide production support and collaborate with squads to resolve issues and improve stability.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Hub, Maven, Jenkins, and uDeploy.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure) for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Establish and maintain SLA/SLO/SLI metrics to ensure reliability and performance standards.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem reviews to improve system resilience.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot application-level issues and optimize deployments.
• Work with messaging and streaming frameworks such as Kafka and MQ.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are implemented and tested.

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub, uDeploy) and version control (Git).
• Hands-on experience with Java technologies, RESTful Web Services, and frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows OS, shell scripting, and AWS services.
• Familiarity with enterprise databases and Agile development practices.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of security best practices and Dev Sec Ops  principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot server-level issues.
• 3+ years of experience in information technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with messaging frameworks (Kafka) and enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with observability practices, chaos engineering, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Power
  
  BI/DAX reporting is a plus.
• Brokerage industry experience is a plus.
