• Partner with teams – Marketing, Engineering, Finance, People, Sales – cross‑functional to identify opportunities that boost efficiency and help us scale.
• Support day‑to‑day operational workflows, including manual tasks, with consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor and refine existing processes, working with different teams and offering clear, actionable recommendations for optimisation.
• Maintain and track key operational metrics to ensure data integrity – and proactively flag trends or issues.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Bring order, clarity, and momentum to fast‑moving operational work streams (and have fun doing it).

• Have 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, program coordination, or any role involving structured execution.
• Are naturally curious and love improving how things work.
• Take ownership, stay proactive, and can drive tasks to completion independently.
• Work well with multiple teams and keep communication seamless.
• Know when to deep‑dive into details and when to move fast.
• Enjoy building simple, scalable processes that actually stick.
