Senior Technical Lead – Documaker to Smart
COMM migration
Primary Skill (only One):
Documaker to Smart Comm migration
Secondary Skill:
Documaker architecture and template structure, XML and XSLT
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 10+ Years of technical experience in Customer communication management products
- Proven experience in migrating templates from Documaker to Smart Comm (Must Have)
- Experience in migration of Templates leveraging automated tools (Good to have)
- Strong understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms
- Expertise in Smart Comm template design, configuration, and deployment
- Familiarity with Documaker architecture and template structure
- Ability to work with XML, XSLT, and related technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Good Understanding of End to End Communication processes
- Knowledge of automated PDF comparison utilities/tools for migration validation
- Excellent understanding of Branding, compliance and communication standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and post-migration phases
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement clarifications
