Network Security Proxy Engineer- Jersey , NJ or Plano, TX

Locations: Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX (5 Days Onsite)
Employment Type: W2 Only (Local Candidates Preferred)

We are seeking a Network Security Proxy Engineer with strong expertise in Web Proxy (Bluecoat), network security, and enterprise data center environments. This role is onsite 5 days a week and best suited for local candidates in or near Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX.

• Design, build, and manage Web Proxy solutions using Bluecoat.

• Lead or contribute to network migration projects in enterprise and data center environments.

• Implement and manage network security policies and controls.

• Develop and support network automation processes to enhance performance and reduce manual tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support security infrastructure and architecture.

• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise or data center network environments.

• Hands-on experience building and managing Web Proxy solutions (Bluecoat).

• Strong background in network migration and network security.

• Experience with network automation tools and scripting.

• Knowledge of SASE and SWG frameworks.

• Experience with Palo Alto, Broadcom, or Zscaler.

• Familiarity with on-premises and hybrid security infrastructure.
