Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions including Copilot and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc).
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to optimize the integration of Copilot, ensuring compatibility and maximizing feature utilization.
• Design and implement role‑based access control strategies to manage permissions across Microsoft 365 services, ensuring security and compliance.
• Customize Copilot features to align with specific organizational workflows and processes, enhancing user experience and functionality.
• Design and guide on the Copilot (along with agents) deployment architecture across environments.
• Develop AI‑driven automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other tools to enhance business operations.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for IT staff and end‑users and develop comprehensive documentation and user guides.
• Use tools like Microsoft 365 Admin Center to monitor service health and performance and make recommendations for Copilot improvements.
• Familiarity with any other chatbot solutions is an added advantage.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($90.00–$98.00). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
