Oracle Finance Functional Lead

Pay Range : $95hr - $100hr

• Solution Design Configuration.
• Architect and configure FAH for subledger accounting rules and event models.
• Design and implement GL ledger architecture SLA rules allocations revaluation and translation.
• Configure AP processes including invoice processing payment terms approvals and supplier setups.

• Implement SoXICFR controls for journal entries and AP workflows.
li>Maintain auditready documentation and ensure adherence tOracle standards.
• Support Statutory requirements.

• Lead requirements workshops prepare functional and technical design documents.
• Supervise junior consultants and coordinate with offshore onshore teams.
• Drive Agile project delivery manage sprints and ensure timely deliverables.
• Reporting.
• Support statutory and management reporting requirements.

• 12-15 years in ERP Finance 5-7 years on Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Functional Experience in Implementing modules Finance Cloud General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounting Hub Cloud.
• Hindson experience with Solution design Functional Documentation Configuration Testing User Demfor these modules.
• At least 2 Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles IFRSUS GAAP.
• Expert knowledge of O2C P2P and R2R business cycles.
• Experience in multidentate multicurrency environments.

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
• Domain knowledge experience in Banking or insurance capabilities is a plus.
• Exposure tIntercompany and Treasury integrations.
• Working experience in Onsite Offshore delivery model.
• CACPAMBA Finance or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability tlead cross functional teams across geographies.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
