The International AI Hub is responsible for exploring, testing, and accelerating the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Tokio Marine Group Companies. The Program and Operations Lead will oversee operational cadence, governance, and strategic coordination across all work streams — Training, R&D, and Governance. They will act as a key integrator between AI Hub leadership, Tokio Marine Holdings, and Group Companies to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution excellence across AI initiatives.

This role will combine program management rigor with strategic problem-solving and operational leadership to advance AI transformation efforts across a federated global enterprise.

• Leads the design and execution of AI Hub operational governance and delivery frameworks
• Manages the global portfolio of AI initiatives across Training, R&D, and Governance work streams
• Operates project intake, prioritization, and vendor management processes to align with enterprise strategy
• Oversees program delivery performance, schedules, and interdependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Implements structured change management, issue tracking, and risk mitigation processes
• Develops and maintains executive dashboards, KPIs, and budget performance metrics to monitor progress
• Provides actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for portfolio prioritization and decision-making
• Acts as liaison between AI Hub leadership, Tokio Marine Holdings, and Group Company stakeholders to ensure alignment of business and technology objectives
• Facilitates governance meetings, strategic reviews, and leadership updates on AI Hub operations
• Drives continuous improvement in project intake, reporting, and governance standards
