Production Support

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Application Production Support professional to join their dynamic team. As an Application Production Support specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Market Risk team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Application Production Support

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range: $68.26

• Respond to and resolve business queries for the Market Risk space efficiently and effectively.
• Manage user query mailbox, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to all user inquiries.
• Support feed and batch processing, manage alerts, and monitor system performance.
• Utilize tools such as ITSM, ITRS, JIRA, Dyna Trace, and Splunk for updates and reporting.
• Handle incident management by providing timely notifications and managing escalations when necessary.

• Strong SQL knowledge for data querying and analysis.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments for scripting and system management.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and ITIL practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-regional team environment.
