Summary:
You will define the middleware strategy. Your primary focus is ensuring high availability of the integration platform and leading the modernization journey (moving from on-premise TIBCO to Containers/Cloud).
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) strategy and define integration standards.
• Lead the Modernization
Roadmap:
Migrating TIBCO BW 5.x apps to TIBCO Business Works Container Edition (BWCE) on Docker/Kubernetes.
• Capacity planning for TIBCO EMS servers (Fault Tolerance/Load Balancing strategies).
• Manage the lifecycle of the middleware platform (Upgrades, Patches, Vendor support).
• Interface with Java application leads to define clear API contracts (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Oversee code reviews and enforce governance on the "Common Object Model" (CDM).
Required Skills:
• Architectural mastery of TIBCO Active Matrix Business Works and EMS.
• Proven experience with TIBCO BWCE (Container Edition) and Cloud Deployment (AWS/Azure/Open Shift).
• Strong leadership in Dev Ops for Integration (building CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO).
• Deep knowledge of Java Architecture to bridge the gap between Java teams and Integration teams.
