Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.

• Develop and implement effective remediation strategies for application-related challenges.

• Provide training and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery.

This role requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client (and may require up to 5 days per week in 2026 on client discretion) in Plano, TX;
Pennington NJ;
Charlotte, NC;
New York City or Jersey City, NJ.

NOTE:
Client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development

• Bachelor's degree

• AI Agents experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
