About the Role
Join a high-visibility onboarding team that plays a critical role in bringing new clients onto the platform while ensuring regulatory and operational standards are met. As an Onboarding Analyst, you will support AML/KYC and account opening initiatives tied to a global, firmwide technology rollout, working closely with both Operations and Technology teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, validating systems, and contributing to large-scale initiatives where accuracy and collaboration matter.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare and maintain test data at both the client and account level
- Execute and coordinate user acceptance testing across enterprise onboarding and account-opening platforms
- Analyze test outcomes and identify issues, inconsistencies, or gaps
- Collaborate with global Operations and Technology partners to validate results and resolve findings
- Work with large data sets while maintaining a high level of precision and consistency

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, account onboarding, or related operational roles within a large financial institution
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot errors, trends, and inconsistencies
- High attention to detail when managing volume-driven, process-oriented work
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technology and operations teams
- Reliable, accountable, and able to thrive in a structured, regulated environment.
