Sr. Technical Program Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Technical Program Manager

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will:

• Regulatory Programs — CAT, EBS, SEC 605/606, TAF
• Program Delivery — timelines, risks, dependencies, cross team coordination
• Dev Ops Governance — infra modernization, vulnerabilities, security remediation, release governance
• Executive Reporting — PowerPoint decks, dashboards, scorecards, Jira/Confluence reporting
• Agile Leadership — sprint planning, standups, retros, release planning

• Program/Project Management or PMO background
• Strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall experience
• Executive communication + PowerPoint/Excel reporting
• Experience in regulatory, compliance, Dev Ops, or cloud initiatives
• Strong risk, controls, and dependency management

• Excellent communicator (technical + executive
• Strong governance + delivery discipline
• Comfortable with regulatory deadlines and production risk environments
• Can drive modernization + cloud migration programs
• Highly organized and proactive

• Clear visibility into regulatory + Dev Ops programs
• Strong executive reporting
• Improved governance + cross team coordination

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

* Pay Range*: $70.00 - $74.00 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
