- #1 relevant experience as business DATA analysis, business analysis or system analysis.

- #4 experience with data management processes tools and applications including data cataloging process mapping handling data quality issues and lineage tool sets.
- #5 experience in data profiling and writing SQL queries.
- #6 ability to communicate both verbal and written in a clear confident with wide variety of stakeholders at different levels.
- Knowledgeable on SWIFT MT

- Hands on experience on CLEARING & SETTLEMENTS OF PAYMENTS between banks

- Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of working on industry standards like ISO
20022, SWIFT etc. - Proficient in gathering the business requirements and converting those into technical & functional solutions
- Deep understanding of multiple payment ecosystems (UPI, US RTP, Fed Now, SEPA Interac etc), regional payment practices and emerging solutions
- Solid understanding of trends in payment industry such as Mobile Banking, Digital Wallets, Tokenization
- Successfully completed projects involving digital transformation and migration of legacy payment systems
- Define & document User Stories, ICDs in JIRA under appropriate epic
- Provide solution, story & ICD walkthrough to partners, Engineering Managers and CQE teams
- Work with Scrum Masters & RTEs for day to day execution of initiative via a scrum team

- Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
