Senior Product Manager, Content Management

Role:
Senior Manager, Content Management Product Enablement, leads product development and governance for digital content platforms, primarily Adobe Experience Manager, within the Experience Operations team.

• Responsibilities include managing the capabilities roadmap for the content management system and design system, enhancing user experience, ensuring accessibility, and promoting adoption of digital standards across cross-functional teams.
• The role involves overseeing project timelines, stakeholder engagement, training, and maintaining compliance and best practices to support omnichannel digital experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
• 8+ years experience in digital product management, design systems, or marketing platforms;
• strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, UX standards, and Agile methodologies.

• Preferred skills include experience with design system development, digital strategy, market analysis, and data-driven optimization.

• High-Value:
  Focused on digital content platforms, design systems, and user-centered digital experiences within healthcare or pharmaceutical contexts, with an emphasis on collaboration with marketing, IT, and therapeutic area teams.

• Physical requirements include minimal travel (~0-10%).

The position reports to the Associate Director, Content Management Product Enablement, and involves regular cross-departmental interaction.
