Role:
Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations, Data, Data Science and AI (DDSAI) at Johnson & Johnson, serving as a strategic partner to enable data-driven decision-making across the R&D portfolio.

• oversee portfolio governance, strategic planning, and resource management.
• develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
• automate data processing and reporting workflows.
• support project governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in portfolio management, strategy, operations, or data analytics within healthcare, pharma, digital, or R&D environments.
• strong experience with portfolio analytics, data modeling, automation, and executive reporting.

• advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, data automation tools.
• preferred skills include Python, Power Automate, Azure, and GenAI-enabled reporting.

• focus on technology, data, AI initiatives within innovative medicine R&D.
• supporting leadership decision-making through analytics and scalable automation solutions.

• multiple U.S. locations including Cambridge, La Jolla, Spring House, and Titusville.
• role involves cross-functional collaboration and may require stakeholder engagement across geographies.
