Job Description
Core Architecture Responsibilities Platform & Domain Design Scalable Blueprints:
Translates high-level business needs into technical blueprints covering Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) | Total Productive Services Management (TPSM) | core platform features | data schemas | security models | and system integrations.
Technical Governance:
Establishes and enforces design standards | ensuring that development teams do not build overly customized solutions that could break during future Service Now upgrades.
Ecosystem Alignment:
Acts as the bridge between client stakeholders | third-party software vendors | and internal IT teams to keep all dependent software systems synchronized.
Leads the overall Service Now solution architecture and translates business requirements into a scalable SPM, TPSM, platform, data, security, and integration design.
Provides design governance, validates technical decisions, and maintains alignment across client, vendor, and dependent systems.
