Analyst Business Configuration Trainer

The Business Configuration Analyst Trainer enables employees, clients, partners, and other internal personnel to learn, use or configure Life Solutions platforms and products effectively by designing, delivering, and continuously improving business and technical training programs at beginner, intermediate, or advanced learner levels. Reporting to the Life Solutions Business Program Training Leader, this role independently executes approved training and configuration assignments within established standards.

This role may make day-to-day delivery decisions but must escape and communicate the changes to scope, solution design, commitments, timelines, or client-impacting outcomes to the Training Leader.

• Design and deliver structured instructor-led, virtual, and digital training on Life Solutions platforms, tools, workflows, methodologies, and client-specific configurations.
• Maintain training content, user guides, and learning-system assets, so materials remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with approved platform and process changes.
• Partner with the Training Leader and project leads to assess audience needs, define learning objectives, and build training plans that address verified skill gaps.
