- Support of IBM Data Stage ETL processes, SQL server and Oracle based applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and availability of applications.
- Root cause analysis of both technical and functional issues.
- Develop and modify existing ETL processes, Write SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Involve in Design and develop functional specifications and technical documents.
- Develop, test, and deploy applications using Azure cloud services, with a strong emphasis on Databricks.
- Working closely with various stakeholders such as business customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide support.
- Must have strong experience in developing and supporting IBM Data Stage components
- Data Stage Designer, Data Stage Director, Data Stage Administrator and IBM information server. - Have good experience with Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions)
- Thorough understanding of DW principles (Fact Tables, Dimensional Tables, Dimensional Data Modeling
- Star Schema and Snowflake Schema, OLTP, OLAP and Data Warehousing concepts). - Nice to have experience in Azure Data Platform services (Azure Data Lake (ADLS), Data factory (ADF), Azure SQL DW, Databricks), SQL Server, Oracle, Data Warehouse etc.
- Ability to recreate existing legacy application logic and functionality into Azure Data Factory/Data Lake, SQL Database and SQL Data warehouse environment.
- Excellent Communication and Analytical skills.
- 5+ years of experience in the above tech stack.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer science
- strong SQL and Power BI
