- Maintain an inventory of computer repair parts
- Make or facilitate timely repairs of computers
- Add fees to tech management system depending on the damage or repair done.
- Unbox, install, configure, and repair PCs, Macs, Chrome Books, printers and other peripheral equipment
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone and electronically
- Support on testing days, troubleshooting common issues
- Maintain and update a repair cue
Schedule:
In person, during the school day; some flexibility
20-25/ per week
$22-$25/hour
INDSUPPORT
- Must live in New Jersey
- High School Diploma
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to clear an NJDOE Background Check
- Frequently lift 50lbs up and down flights of stairs
- Must pass basic computer repair literacy demonstration
- Type 40+ WPM
