The Senior Product Owner works across the finance and sales teams to improve and support financial systems. They support critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Net Suite while also supporting company needs. This role is highly focused on ensuring the day-to-day tactical functionality of Net Suite including Order-to-Cash, Revenue Recognition and documentation. The ideal candidate will have very strong technical skills (understanding of integrations, Suite Script, workflows, data migration and extraction) as well as a functional understanding of the Net Suite environment.

Responsibilities:

Work in an Agile environment and understand business priorities

Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPI's, and dashboards

Lead and manage UAT sessions, including documenting feedback and bugs

Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change control and customizations that meet SOX compliance requirements

Research issues and complete requests from the JIRA board as assigned by the team leadership

Coordination of system enhancements, large project initiatives, and Mergers & Acquisitions integration

Help the financial systems team with testing and deployment of workflows and customizations

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Net Suite functionality and customizations

Keep projects organized and communicate requirements and changing deadlines to fintech team members and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

9+ years demonstrated experience with ERP systems, specifically Net Suite

Minimum 5+ years experience specifically related to O2C/rev rec ie on advanced revenue management, ASC 606, revenue recognition, etc

Attention to detail and ability to review peer work products

Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting technical problems and integration errors

Expert-level knowledge of Net Suite database/table structure, JavaScript/Suite Script 1.0 / 2.0, web services (SOAP / REST), custom objects and workflows, SQL knowledge a plus.

Working knowledge of CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics and scheduling scripts

Advanced spreadsheet analysis such as v-lookup, index/match, and pivot tables

Working knowledge of multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and multi-book features within Net Suite

Ability to draft, review, and modify workflows using Suiteflow within Net Suite

Exposure to environments that use integrations (such as Mulesoft, Celigo, or Dell Boomi) to Net Suite and other systems as well as experience in monitoring and resolving errors

Experience with advanced Saved Search functionality and formulas

Exposure to SAP, BRIM, Adaptive Insights, Avalara, TR One Source, Coupa, Expensify, Flo Qast, Stripe/Suite Sync integration, Tesorio or similar systems is preferred
