Status Neo is a global AI-native transformation firm helping enterprises design, engineer, and govern AI-led systems with trust at the core.
We work with global enterprises across BFSI, retail, healthcare, airlines, and platform-driven industries to transform how software is built, operated, and scaled in an AI-first world.
Our work is anchored in Authentic AI™ - an approach that treats AI not as a feature or experiment, but as a continuously evolving system that must be engineered with intent, accountability, and governance.
At Status Neo, we don’t just talk about AI transformation.
We build it - across engineering platforms, AI-native SDLC, agentic systems, and enterprise operating models.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Data Architect /OCI Migration Lead to drive the successful execution of a large-scale data platform migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in cloud data architectures, database migration, ETL/ELT optimization, and enterprise data engineering.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the technology team, providing strategic direction while actively resolving complex technical challenges, accelerating migration efforts, and establishing best practices forfuture-state architecture.
Key Responsibilities Technical Strategy & Architecture- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) data environment to identify architectural gaps, migration bottlenecks, and performance constraints.
- Define and implement target-state data architecture aligned with scalability, performance, security, and operational excellence.
- Redesign data models, schemas, and pipelinearchitectures to improve efficiency, reduce latency, and enhance overallplatform reliability.
- Develop a phased, low-risk migration roadmap forthe remaining workloads, ensuring minimal business disruption and predictabledelivery.
