Overview
Contract Paralegal (SaaS/Procurement) for a prominent client. Pay: $75-$85 hourly. Role involves legal work, reviewing contracts, negotiating contracts, and meeting with senior stakeholders regularly.
Responsibilities- Review and negotiate technology contracts, focusing on SaaS agreements and identifying critical components.
- Negotiate terms in Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Confidentiality Agreements.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and align legal terms with risk tolerance.
- 4+ years of experience; JD or Master of Laws or Master of Legal Studies required.
- Experience with technology contracts, specifically Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) agreements.
- Onsite availability: 3 days per week in Tampa, FL or Jersey City, NJ.
Pay: $75-$85 hourly.
