You'll manage litigation and regulatory matters, and counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly.

• JD with 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
