Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.  We’re looking for an Order Processor (Receiving and Shipping Clerk) to join our Operations team. This role reports to the Operations Supervisor, DNA and works out of our Jersey City, NJ office.
** Candidates must be available to work 7:45AM-4:15PM (AM shift).

* What You’ll Do:

*** Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type
* Match, count, and check items
* Typing/Printing LOO/LOAs
* Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility
* Enter items and print stickers
* Sort all orders by return carrier service
* Verify order correctness and completeness
* Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label
* Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order
* Travel may be required for trade shows

* You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google programs, e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
* You understand and follow FIFO
* Previous receiving, shipping, mailroom, or warehouse work experience is a plus
* Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry

** Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.

Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.

** Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
* ** Receiving and Inspecting Submissions:
** Ability to receive, and in some departments inspect, submissions. Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
