Enterprise Services comprises multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end‑to‑end best practices.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Associate Director will work directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the FICC suite of products. This role will act as the primary point of contact for client engagements while managing a project plan and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities from applicant vetting through "go‑live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved. In addition, the FICC Integration Associate Director will also work closely with the Integration Leadership Team, managing day‑to‑day integration activities related to client connectivity, testing and handling escalations as needed.
YourPrimary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with application development, operations, product, sales and relationship management teams to identify customer requirements and recommend product or service offerings accordingly. Prepare and deliver detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
- Provide insight into product features, capabilities, and competitive differentiators to help position the best solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their technical challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct post‑project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive the planning, execution and reporting of key integration initiatives in support of FICC solution’s book of work.
- Support and execute operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various FICC solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
- Partner with managers in managing work assignment, initiative engagement and team capacity.
- Act as escalation point for the team, capable of resolving complex integration issues and engaging appropriate teams as needed to clear the path for the team.
- Mitigate risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

- Minimum 10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Related experience in the Financial Services industry with understanding of IT/development projects, the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business.
