Lead an enterprise‑wide third‑party risk management (TPRM) program, defining risk framework, policies, governance, and oversight for all lines of business and subsidiaries.

• Develop and execute TPRM risk framework, policies, and procedures.
• Direct assessments on key controls and overall compliance with the TPRM program.
• Provide risk‑consulting services to first line third‑party risk managers for complex arrangements.
• Develop risk metrics and reporting for technology leadership, risk committees, parent holding company, and regulators.
• Streamline risk identification, assessment, control testing, and issue management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for TPRM, analyzing exception reports to define issues and root causes.
• Identify requirements for GRC system automation and process effectiveness.
• Review SSAE 18 reports for third parties, assessing impact for Sarbanes‑Oxley, FDICA, and SOC programs.
• Coordinate assignment of resources based on demand and capacity, including augmenting internal staff with external resources.
• Escalate issues to first line and senior management as required.

• Minimum 7 years of third‑party risk management, assurance, or oversight experience.
• Minimum 4 years of risk and controls experience for IT and cybersecurity.
• Minimum 4 years working with a GRC system, incorporating continuous improvement.

• Comprehensive knowledge of third‑party and IT risk management processes.
• Experience using GRC systems and assessing contracts, including master service agreements and cloud arrangements.
• Designing and operating governance frameworks to comply with vendor management regulations (OCC 2013‑29, Fed SR 13‑19).
• Current third‑party risk management or vendor management certification preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Tableau or SQL reporting platforms desirable.

Starting base salary: $99,000 – $176,000 per year, plus bonus or commissions.
