Location: Brooklyn (Travel required to Bronx and Jersey City)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Salary: Competitive based on experience

We are looking for a skilled, motivated leader to help grow our ABA center and be part of an amazing, supportive team. This is a full time position that requires a proactive individual who is ready to take on a leadership role and drive excellence across our locations. Since we are expanding, I need someone who is willing to travel and maintain a presence at our centers in the Bronx and Jersey City.

• Oversee case management and service delivery to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Provide leadership and support to staff across multiple center locations.
• Drive to and rotate between our centers in the Bronx and Jersey City as needed.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline operations and center growth.
• Ensure all documentation and clinical files meet regulatory and center standards.

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in case management, specifically within an ABA or clinical setting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between sites.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
• Excellent communication skills and a team oriented mindset.
