Join Jubilant Hollister Stier LLC, Spokane’s largest manufacturing company, providing contract manufacturing services for sterile injectable vials and lyophilized products. This position is based in Spokane, WA. Relocation assistance is available for the selected candidate.

• Supervise assigned manufacturing operations, which may include processing source materials, equipment and component preparation and sterilization, aseptic filtration, aseptic filling, lyophilization, inspection, and packaging. Report operational status to the next level of management daily.
• Review and update manufacturing documentation for the assigned areas.
• Provide cGMP, job-task, and safety training for personnel.
• Generate, update, and maintain area Standard Operating Procedures and BPRs. Ensure compliance with cGMP through observation, training, and auditing.
• Supervise hourly employee performance, ensuring adherence to SOPs, cGMPs, and safety regulations.
• Investigate deviations related to the area of responsibility and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Order production supplies and equipment required for product manufacture.
• Prepare production‑monitoring reports and participate in product cost analysis and budgeting.
• Interview new employees, provide coaching and counseling, conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and assist in disciplinary action implementation.
• Analyze and recommend capital expenditures and efficiency improvements for the manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate with supporting departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, PIC, etc.) to resolve production line issues promptly with appropriate quality considerations.
• Schedule the validation of processes and equipment.
• Ensure all environmental monitoring limits are maintained in all areas.

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, or related hard science strongly preferred.
• 2 years of progressive responsible roles in a manufacturing environment required.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in aseptic areas strongly preferred.

Weekend Days, Friday‑Sunday E/O Thursday 6am‑6pm. This is an on‑site, full‑time position located in Spokane, WA.

Supervisor I: $81,825.00 – $130,900 annually. Supervisor II: $89,250.00 – $142,800 annually, depending on experience. Shift differential pay is available.
