Part Time Marketing Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a part-time marketing specialist with 2 or more years of experience for a part-time 15 hours a week contract role for our non-profit client. This is hybrid in Jersey City, NJ. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
• Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Oversee print advertising initiatives to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Evaluate market trends and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Track campaign performance metrics and modify strategies as necessary to optimize results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, especially in SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• A positive “can-do” service-oriented attitude is essential.
• Must live in Jersey City, NJ or surrounding towns and have contacts to the local community.

Employment Type: 6-9 month contract, 15 hours a week

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
