Role purpose:  is looking for an experienced, well-rounded digital marketing coordinator to join our quickly expanding team. You will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of our marketing department, focusing on customer retention, reactivation, and cross-sell across various products.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor CRM performance by tracking key metrics such as active users, retention rates, customer value, and engagement; identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and execution of CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle to drive active customer growth and revenue.
  • Assist in building customer insights by analyzing behavioral and transactional data; contribute to audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and ongoing list management.
  • Coordinate CRM campaign planning and execution, including creative briefings, QA, test plan setup, deployment tasks, and post-campaign reporting to optimize future campaigns.
  • Maintain and contribute to the cross-functional marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of CRM campaigns, promotions, and lifecycle programs.
  • Monitor competitor CRM and loyalty programs; identify best practices and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and program performance.
  • Support creative production needs, collaborating with design teams and leveraging creative tools to deliver high-quality visual assets for CRM initiatives.
  • Interpret campaign and lifecycle data, preparing insights and recommendations for marketing leaders to improve ROI and overall CRM performance.
What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Development or Communications
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a retention marketing role
  • Fast learner who can understand technology at any level
  • Analytical and process-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Contentful (CMS) and Optimove (CRM)
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other social platforms
  • Working knowledge of HTML and email design software
  • Experience with budgets and forecasting
  • Experience overseeing multiple CRM channels to optimize engagement frequency
