Come join our marketing team to promote the full range of information management solutions -- delivered via GRM Information Management (physical services) and Visual Vault, our highly-regarded, cloud-based Content Services Platform (CSP). With high-profile customers and industry-leading partners, GRM and Visual Vault are changing how companies manage and leverage their digital data.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing a broad range of activities central to the execution of GRM’s marketing plan.

You’ll work at the center of a marketing team and in cooperation with Sales in order to create leads, identify and take advantage of opportunities; developing messaging and related tactics as needed. You should have a firm grasp of traditional and modern marketing methods and best practices – and have a mindset of constant learning and innovation.

Essential job functions include:
  • Support the development and preparation of marketing campaigns designed to optimize lead generation.
  • Organize and execute the creation of marketing materials/sales support materials that augment the efforts of the Sales team.
  • Create and implement content for the company website.
  • Execute the company’s social media program and manage presence on Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc.
  • Initiate and collaborate on content generation – copy, video content, etc.
  • Execution, follow-up on e‑mail campaigns.
  • Develop means of campaign tracking. Analyze and report upon campaigns.
  • Assist with creation and execution of press releases and public relations campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize trade show investments, including preshow planning and follow up activities.
  • Create a variety of presentations and reports on an ongoing and as needed basis.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Self‑motivated and proactive individual with the ability to complete projects independently.
  • Must have the ability to multi‑task and handle simultaneous projects.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and create positive personal relationships.

Job Type: Full‑time

Required experience:

0-3 years marketing experience

Salary range: pending experience level
