We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing a broad range of activities central to the execution of GRM’s marketing plan.
You’ll work at the center of a marketing team and in cooperation with Sales in order to create leads, identify and take advantage of opportunities; developing messaging and related tactics as needed. You should have a firm grasp of traditional and modern marketing methods and best practices – and have a mindset of constant learning and innovation.
Essential job functions include:- Support the development and preparation of marketing campaigns designed to optimize lead generation.
- Organize and execute the creation of marketing materials/sales support materials that augment the efforts of the Sales team.
- Create and implement content for the company website.
- Execute the company’s social media program and manage presence on Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc.
- Initiate and collaborate on content generation – copy, video content, etc.
- Execution, follow-up on e‑mail campaigns.
- Develop means of campaign tracking. Analyze and report upon campaigns.
- Assist with creation and execution of press releases and public relations campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize trade show investments, including preshow planning and follow up activities.
- Create a variety of presentations and reports on an ongoing and as needed basis.
- Self‑motivated and proactive individual with the ability to complete projects independently.
- Must have the ability to multi‑task and handle simultaneous projects.
- Must be a quick learner.
- Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment and create positive personal relationships.
