• The Registered Nurse provides nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards; adheres to ANA code of ethics.
• Ensure safety in practice and contribute to evidence-based care; assess knowledge level and communicate with and utilize resources to advance patient care knowledge.
• Report identified safety issues (e.g., hazardous environments, medical errors).
• Know the patient population served; supervise and direct task delegation to team members; collaborate with other care providers.
• Set and evaluate priorities with interventions and measurable outcomes toward improvement.
• Utilize the nursing process; individualize the plan of care and manage care with interdisciplinary team.

Required:

• ADN
• 1 year of experience in Renal Hemodialysis
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

Preferred:

• BSN

• Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• ACLS Preferred

• Day Shift; 35.3 hours
• Full Time
• Monday - Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation
