Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Rate: $40-$43 per hour (based on experience)

• Deliver High-Quality Care:
  Provide hands‑on nursing care aligned with individualized care plans.
• Coordinate and Communicate:
  Collaborate with doctors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor Resident Wellbeing:
  Assess and document changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.
• Administer Medications and Treatments:
  Safely and efficiently manage medications and medical interventions.
• Promote a Safe Environment:
  Uphold infection control and safety procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Lead with Compassion:
  Support and guide CNA staff while fostering a positive and professional team dynamic.

• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
