Qualifications- Required:
- ADN
- Completion of clinical experience in an NLN accredited school
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Preferred:
- BSN
- NICU/SCN experience
- Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
- NRP Certification
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Part‑time: 23.25 hours per week
- Day Shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)
- Provide nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
- Assure safety in practice and incorporate principles of evidence‑based practice.
- Report identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
- Maintain knowledge of the patient population served.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to appropriate team members and collaborate with other patient care providers.
- Consistently set and evaluate priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement.
- Serve as an individual practitioner and interdisciplinary team manager, utilizing the nursing process to individualize the plan of care.
