• Required:
  • ADN
  • Completion of clinical experience in an NLN accredited school
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
• Preferred:
  • BSN
  • NICU/SCN experience

• Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
• NRP Certification
• BLS from the American Heart Association

• Part‑time: 23.25 hours per week
• Day Shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.)

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Assure safety in practice and incorporate principles of evidence‑based practice.
• Report identified safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
• Maintain knowledge of the patient population served.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to appropriate team members and collaborate with other patient care providers.
• Consistently set and evaluate priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement.
• Serve as an individual practitioner and interdisciplinary team manager, utilizing the nursing process to individualize the plan of care.
