OPTIMA CARE HARBORVIEW is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team.
This role is full-time, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, located in Jersey City, NJ. Salary: $105,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily nursing operations.
- Ensure nursing staff follow job descriptions, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections as needed.
- Conduct daily rounds to uphold high-quality care and nursing standards.
- Active RN license in the State of New Jersey.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in LTC, SNF, or Nursing Home settings.
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
