Job DescriptionThe Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analysing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. Leveraging creative expertise, they update floorsets, provide styling recommendations, and share product knowledge. Assistant managers are talent leaders, responsible for recruiting, training, engagement, and development, and they are expected to show up, bringing their best selves each day.
