Reports to head of resident sales and CEO (small company so CEO is heavily involved)
Pay 84% of medical;
Pay 75% of dental
Benefits: 3 weeks of PTO; 401k after 3 months, fully vested up to 4%
Commission structure
(previously billed clients 2%)
(new client 3%)
(cosmetic clients 5%)
- Ideal background: pharma/medical device background; minimum 3 years experience as part of a Resident Sales Team in Medical Device/Pharma Industry.
- Experience working in Salesforce – 1 year.
- Top billers currently bring in 2k a month in commission.
Job Description
Our company is recognized as a certified global leader in medical biotechnologies, specializing in cellular therapies. We are looking for a talented and competitive Resident Sales Associate who thrives in a sales medical device / manufacturing industry.
Hours of Operation: 9AM – 5PM OR 10AM – 6PM (Monday – Friday)
In office 5 days a week (Jersey City, NJ)
Requirement:
Candidate should have a scientific and/or business background with experience working in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry.
- Sales Associate position performs a variety of support tasks to offer exceptional service to our customers/clients. Minimum 3 Years Experience working as part of a Resident Sales Team in Medical Device/Pharma Industry.
- Experience working in Salesforce – 1 year.
- Reaching out to new leads generated by outbound call programs to present the company and its products.
- Follow-up on all assigned prospective and active clients and report the status of the projects/action plan in the local CRM.
- Listening to customers’ concerns / complaints and providing detailed information regarding products & services.
- Presenting customers/clients with additional information regarding new products and/or services.
- Determining the quickest, most effective method to respond to a client’s or customer’s questions.
- Escalating queries and concerns.
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.
- Willingness to take on additional projects as requested.
- Strong work ethic.
- Shows interest in the manufacturing medical device industry.
- Experience related to sales, medical devices & terminology.
- Strong phone presence and experience making frequent calls daily.
- Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Punctual, hardworking, and can work well in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to take directions from the management team.
