Enterprise Sales Manager – Microsoft Developer Solutions

Intellibus Consulting is a boutique IT consulting services firm specializing in AI & Data driven transformations for leading companies looking to build Intelligent Business Platforms. We are hands‑on builders and we take pride in the fact that EVERYONE rolls up their sleeves in delivery.

Drive the growth of Intellibus’ Microsoft and Git Hub solutions business by developing strategic partnerships, executing co‑sell motions, and closing enterprise deals. This is an internal sales role focused on expanding our footprint within the Microsoft ecosystem selling Engineering Excellence, Copilot, and AI‑driven developer solutions.

You’ll own relationships with Microsoft and Git Hub channel teams, manage sales cycles end‑to‑end, and contribute to both partner enablement and direct sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, onboard, and manage relationships with Microsoft, Git Hub, and key partner networks (CSPs, SIs, resellers).
  • Collaborate on joint go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives, enablement sessions, and business growth planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Git Hub Partner Program (GHPP) standards, including certifications and reporting.
  • Achieve sales targets for Git Hub Enterprise, Copilot, Azure‑based, and Engineering Excellence solutions.
  • Drive co‑sell motions with Microsoft and Git Hub field teams to close joint opportunities.
  • Manage deal registrations and pipeline tracking via the Git Hub Partner Portal.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel and consistently drive new business opportunities.
  • Enable partners on AI, Dev Ops, and security practices within the Microsoft and Git Hub ecosystems.
  • Advocate for Intellibus’ technical solutions and establish our credibility as a strategic engineering partner.
  • Educate partners and clients on the value of Engineering Excellence and AI‑powered platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to GHPP and Microsoft Solutions Partner program requirements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, deal registration, and progress tracking.

Preferred Background

  • 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, channel alliances, or solution selling.
  • Proven success selling Microsoft‑based solutions, Azure services, Copilot, or AI‑driven tools.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft partner programs, co‑sell processes, and Git Hub Partner Portal.
  • Excellent communication and executive relationship management skills; able to work with CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ideally, a background from Microsoft or a Microsoft partner organization transitioning into solution sales or consulting.

Must‑have skills:

  • Strong technical writing ability to produce structured, professional documentation.
  • Experience managing large fintech programs under tight timelines.
