What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Conduct outside sales visits to customers' homes, presenting tailored product recommendations
  • Assess customer needs and develop customized price quotes while maintaining profitability
  • Present warranty information and financing options to meet customer requirements
  • Engage in prospecting for new customers and maintain relationships with store associates
  • Participate in industry events to drive sales and increase customer awareness of offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 1+ years of previous related work experience
  • Completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
  • Ability to lift, handle, and carry materials or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Prior in-home or virtual sales experience
  • Experience in the home improvement industry
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation
  • Familiarity with technology and applications (email, iPad, apps, etc.)
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales environments
